Mooresville, NC (August 8, 2013) – Heading to the second and final road course race of the season, Tommy Baldwin Racing welcomes back Victor Gonzalez Jr. as a teammate with Dave Blaney at Watkins Glen International.
After making his debut in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in June, Gonzalez Jr. will be back behind the wheel of the No. 36 Chevrolet. Making headlines earlier in the season for being the first Caribbean born driver to compete in the series, he is looking forward to continuing to make history in the sport. On board his No. 36 Chevy this weekend, is IMCA along with Mobil 1, a sponsor that has supported his career throughout other racing series.
Dave Blaney, piloting the No. 7 Chevrolet, is coming off a solid run at Pocono where he finished 23rd. After several weeks of bad luck, the team is looking to continue building on the momentum from Pocono with a strong finish at The Glen.
